Terms of Service

1. The service

Kalenda ("the Service") is a calendar application that lets you connect calendar accounts you own (such as Google accounts), view their events together, check for scheduling conflicts, and create or manage events. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts and data

You may only connect accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. Actions you take in Kalenda (creating, editing, or canceling events; sending invitations) are performed on your connected accounts at your direction. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes its stored credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, sending spam invitations, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it in violation of applicable law or the terms of your connected calendar providers.

4. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service. We are not liable for provider outages (e.g., Google Calendar) that affect functionality.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed meetings or scheduling errors.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
